After many, many months of incredible work by Mairead we are delighted to present this story of the sea for our visitors to enjoy and appreciate.
This mural is massive and features over eight boards that detail the native species that live in our Bay. This work reflects the diversity of Sharks, Rays, and Flatfish that visitors can see and learn about during our tours, but the mural also gives them something to reflect and dwell upon.
Mairead has kindly shared some of the process behind the development of the mural, and it tells an amazing story of care, attention to detail, inspiration, and creativity of the Artist.
